Work Hours: Monday - Friday, 8 am - 4 pm

About the role:

The role of the FMS Data Entry position is to review timesheet data to ensure reliability and validity and manually enter information into customized software system. As system and program evolves, position will require review and processing of timesheets submitted through e-Timesheet module.

What you will do:

  • Work with Customer Service team to resolve errors/issues uncovered with submitted timesheets
  • Enter complete and correct timesheets into customized software for processing within prescribed deadlines
  • Review entered data to ensure accuracy prior to final processing Filing
  • Electronically file processed timesheets and other secure documents while maintaining accuracy related to filing convention Edit * Be a part of the timesheet review process of co-workers Mailing
  • After final review, prepare paychecks and Advance Notice of Direct Deposits for mailing Support
  • Provides any additional support to Customer Service or other departments within ARIS Solutions as needed

What you bring:

  • High School Diploma (or Equivalent)
  • 1 Year Data Entry or equivalent experience.
  • Basic understanding of Microsoft Office Programs (e.g. Word, Outlook, Excel)
  • Attention to detail
  • Ability to adapt to customized software system
  • Well-developed skills in time management, reading, and high accuracy of keyboard typing
