Our team oversees, maintains and manages the flight hours of aircraft, aircraft engines and their components.

 

You will be part of a large team of logisticians that works closely with the government customer and Aircraft manufacturers to ensure documented hours as required.  The team has been recognized by  NAVAIR Officials for their outstanding contributions to the program

 

In this role, you will:

• Enter aircraft/engine component data from a source document into government provided database systems.
• Screen aircraft/engine logbooks for configuration records.
• Update aircraft/engine configuration records using source documents received from squadrons.
• Research missing component to recreate history records.
• Enter monthly flight hours into applicable databases.
• Prepare monthly status reports using MS Excel and Word.
• Provide data as requested from squadrons, depot facilities, Program Management Activity (PMA) and Fleet Support Teams (FST).

 

Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will have:

• A High School diploma.
• Ability to obtain a NACI clearance. (National and Local Clearance, clean record)
• Ability to travel when required and board a military installation.
• Ability to Travel up to 10%

Additional desired experience and skills:

• Any honorable military experience
• Excellent knowledge of Aviation Maintenance SQL and ORM
• Working with ASR, HER or other aircraft component cards
