Responsibilities for Data Administrator
- Follow processes to gather the required data from other employees and advisors to assist in account opening, closing, and various account maintenance
- Enter, reconcile, and continuously improve data cleanliness and consistency within our various interconnected systems
- Act as the initial point of contact for all data related concerns from clients or other employees via phone, chat, and email
- Track data issue resolution from inception to completion autonomously, documenting steps in a clear manner
- Assist management in creating and updating standard operating procedure materials pertaining to system operation and usage
- Attend remote meetings with clients to analyze, troubleshoot and diagnose hardware and software problems
- Complete detailed reports listing requests for data assistance, steps taken to resolve them, and the specific dates/individuals involved
Qualifications for Data Admin Specialist
- Orion Experience
- Schwab Experience
- CRM Experience - Redtail and/or Wealthbox
- Smartsheet Experience - Creating and maintaining data, automations, and following workflows
- 1-3 years of proven experience in a heavy customer-focused position involving system knowledge of a companies' products and services
- Time-management skills and the ability to establish reasonable and attainable deadlines for resolution
- Accept constructive criticism and customer feedback
- Ability to prioritize and manage several deadlines and projects efficiently
- Professional written and interpersonal skills are essential when communicating with customers and clients
- Ability to work as both part of a team and independently
- Problem-solving mindset necessary
